Sidekick Day is one of my first ever Tony The Toenail & Friends cartoons, and so it is is populated with cheesy, experimental characters as random as "Chronic the Hedgehog" and "Fluffy the Frog". However, it is also one of my better "early cartoons" - and I mean "early" in the sense of that it was drawn very early on in the second era of the cartooning phase of my existence (1995-1998).
Fluffy the Frog and Kipper the Rabbit went on to star in their own spin-off adventures, but the hedgehogs were quickly laid to rest. Tony got an eyewear upgrade, and Professor Planktin (yes, I DID know how to spell "plankton") interrupted a few more of my cartoons hereafter. And what about Noel Lemming? Well... I've heard some rumours...
