The fireworks in the 3rd to last frame - I REALLY like that. Everybody should know how you can draw fireworks like that:
(1) Use a vivid to black out the "sky" except for a white circle.
(2) Use a finer pen to flick a bunch of radial lines from the circle's circumference to its centre, without actually meeting in the centre.

Can you guess which country Post-Ironic Pig is from? I think I managed to skillfully avoid that question. We know that he's not from Australia, or else his hat would have corks on it; he's not from New Zealand either, because his government gave him a big payout for winning some medals (heheh).

The opening cliché of Post-Ironic Pig marching down the street and encountering something was re-enacted on all four pages of this cartoon. Maybe all cartoons get a little self-referent by the time they hit their fourth episode...
